First Friday – Safari September at Santa Cruz Museum

First Friday, September 5th from 5-8 PM
This event is free and open to the public!

Join us for a hare-raising adventure as wildlife photographers display their images of endangered species and paleo-mammalogists share their cutting-edge discoveries. We will also launch the next installment of our newest Naturalist Night lecture series (see below).

But the safari doesn’t stop there! As a special treat, we’re not kitten when we tell you that the Santa Cruz Animal Shelter is bringing baby animals for adoption, or just to snuggle. We will also have special seasonal items in the Museum store, free access to the summer redwoods exhibit, Treasured Trees, an open bar for guests 21+, and food trucks.

CCF will have a table along with amazing wildlife conservation photographers and artists.
