Pets Raise $11,529 for Cheetahs

11,529 Reasons to Love Our Pet Community

This past September, your pets helped raise $11,529 for cheetahs. The Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) teamed up with meowbox for two pet photo contests, and the pet-loving community showed up in a big way.

Every photo, every vote and every share added up. Here’s how a whole lot of cuteness turned into real help for the world’s fastest cat.

Two Contests, Countless Cuties

We ran two pet photo contests back to back, and the entries did not disappoint. Furry friends, feathered friends and everything in between stepped up to the camera.

The best part? You decided who shined. The community voted for their favorites and showered every pet with love along the way.

Where Your Votes Go

The proceeds support CCF’s mission: protecting the cheetah from extinction through research, conservation and advocacy. With fewer than 7,500 cheetahs left in the wild due to growing threats such as habitat loss and the illegal wildlife trade, these incredible cats need our help.

Meet Our Winners

The pets with the most votes in each contest are getting their moment in the spotlight: social media fame plus prizes, as our thank-you for sharing your loved ones with us.
