This Valentine’s Day, join us in a heartwarming fundraising opportunity to help name one of our newest Livestock Guarding Dog (LGD) puppies. Your support in naming an LGD not only celebrates this day of love, but it also strengthens our mission to protect wildlife and promote coexistence. Join us in giving names to two of these remarkable dogs!
These adorable puppies, born in November, are being raised at our Centre in Namibia. Once they pass their aptitude tests (seen in the video above), they will become invaluable protectors of livestock, helping to prevent human-wildlife conflict by keeping cheetahs and other predators at a safe distance from farms. Each puppy represents hope for the farmers who receive them and love for the wildlife they help protect.
