From Orphan to Super Mom!

Last we at our Annual General Meeting Beck Johnston, a former Cheetah Keeper at CCF Namibia, delivered a captivating presentation. Becky shared the inspiring story of Hela, an orphaned cheetah that was rescued in 2018 and brought to CCF Namibia Centre. Thanks to dedicated care, Hela was successfully rewilded in 2020 and welcomed her first litter of cubs in 2022.

We hope you find this presentation as enlightening as we did. The mission of the Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) is to ensure a sustainable future for cheetahs in the wild, coexisting harmoniously with human communities. A vital aspect of our conservation efforts involves partnering with local residents to provide essential information and resources. By empowering communities, we help them recognize the critical role wildlife plays in balancing their shared environment and making informed decisions for their livelihoods.

Thank you for supporting our mission!
