Winter Camp – Animal Flow

A fun and engaging class that will get participants moving with the incorporation of movement based on animals. The class will help children to develop a mind-body connection and tap into their strength, agility, and creativity.

Duration: 30-45 minutes
Maximum number of kids: 15
Teachers: Richard Riepe and Heather Conn

About the Instructors: Richard Riepe is a tennis professional, personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, Animal Flow instructor, and wildlife advocate. He is currently pursuing a degree in fisheries and wildlife science and training to become an EQUUS coach. He currently volunteers with the New York chapter of CCF.

Heather Conn is a professional dancer who has performed both nationally and internationally. She is currently dancing with MOMIX dance company. She holds a BFA in dance from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. Heather teaches various types of movement including dance, yoga, and Animal Flow. She has additional training in trauma informed yoga. Heather is a Wellness Advocate and Essential Oil Specialist with DoTERRA.
