Founded by Dr. Laurie Marker in 1990, Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) is the global leader in research and conservation of cheetahs and dedicated to saving the species in the wild. With nearly four decades of genetic, biomedical, reproductive and behavioral research, Marker has produced an unparalleled approach to both captive and wild cheetah conservation programs.
Dr. Marker will highlight how CCF has helped to stabilize the cheetah population in Namibia and in other cheetah range areas to secure the species in the wild.
