Cheetah Gala at the Conrad

Join Us for the 2nd Annual Cheetah Gala at the Conrad.

Enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner with wine at the Conrad Indianapolis. Dr. Laurie Marker, Cheetah Conservation Fund Founder and Executive Director, will share her story and discuss the plight of the cheetah in the wild. Take part in a silent auction with items from many local companies and have the opportunity to meet a cheetah and a livestock-guarding dog. Various books, as well as jewelry from Namibia, will also be for sale.

Dinner selections include:

• Roasted filet of beef with porcini and morel cream with horseradish mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
• Sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Boursin cheese stuffed chicken breast with marsala cream, parmesan risotto, and seasonal vegetables
• Lentil cakes, lemon cumin vegan yogurt, charred fennel, and baby carrots

You need to choose your entrees for each ticket below. If you are purchasing a table of 10, you can email info@cheetah.org with names and entree choices by October 1 if that is more convenient

This is an educational fundraising event. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is trained and licensed in the care and handling of wild cats, including cheetahs. Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) is actively engaged in the effort to end the illegal wildlife trade. Ambassador cheetahs provide an educational experience for our event guests. The ambassador cheetah for this event has been confirmed and is scheduled; however, availability may change and CCF cannot guarantee that a cheetah will be in attendance. Should you choose to post about the event on social media, we expect that you will do so in a respectful manner and in line with CCF’s mission.
