Dogs saving cats… can you believe it! Join us at the American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog for an exclusive lecture featuring guest speaker Brian Badger of the Cheetah Conservation Fund. Learn about the Livestock Guarding Dog program and the impact of Anatolian Shepherds aiding in cheetah conservation in Namibia. This lecture is available from 6:30 – 8:00 pm, including time for a half hour lecture, Q&A with Brian, and the opportunity to privately tour the AKC Museum space after hours.
Brian Badger is the Director of Conservation & Outreach for the Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) in the United States. Brian has been associated with CCF for more than 16 years, including working as CCF’s Operations Manager in Namibia for five years. The CCF Research and Education Centre, serves as the International Headquarters for CCF’s global operations in Namibia where Livestock Guarding Dogs help save cheetah in the wild.
