CCF’s new Cheetah Rescue and Conservation Center in Somaliland has now 94 cheetahs under their care. They all have been rescued by the local authorities from illegal wildlife trade.

With less than 7,500 cheetahs remaining in the wild – and the illegal pet trade increasing – cheetahs are now listed as “Vulnerable” by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List of Threatened Species.
