Special appearance by nine month old Ambassador cheetah Khyam Jr and his constant companion dog Rhino from Wildlife Safari in Winston, Oregon.*

2019 is the year of the Livestock Guarding Dog. CCF celebrates the 25th Anniversary of its Livestock Guarding Dog program by recognizing the invaluable contribution that LGDs make to conservation efforts in Namibia and worldwide. The program is highly successful with farmers reporting a dramatic decline (80-100%) in livestock losses due to predation.

*Please note: This is an educational fundraising event. WILDLIFE SAFARI is trained and licensed in the care and handling of wild cats, including cheetahs. Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) is actively engaged in the effort to end the illegal wildlife trade. Ambassador Cheetahs provide an educational experience for our event guests. The Ambassador Cheetah for this event has been confirmed and is scheduled; however, availability may change and CCF cannot guarantee that a cheetah will be in attendance. Should you choose to post about the event on social media, we expect that you will do so in a respectful manner and in line with CCF’s mission.
