Registration for Ten Day Namibia Journey provided by Our Africa Safaris

Registration for this trip needs to be made no later than April 15th.

The trip itself will take place from July 6-16, 2017

Highlights of the trip are attending CCF’s annual Gala in Windhoek on July 7, travelling through Namibia and ending the tour at CCF for 4 nights (attached info). If you would like to stay longer at CCF, you can extend your trip as well.

Costs: Land package cost will range from $3,200.00 to $3,500.00 per person, inclusive, based on number of participants and the dollar exchange rate at the time of payment. Deposit of 20% will be due within 10 days of booking, final payment will be due 60 days prior to departure, both must be
paid by check or wire transfer.

Airfare not included. Airfare and insurance can be paid by credit card. Please see link below for inclusions, listed on the summary page. Approximate airfare out of San Francisco to Windhoek, round trip, is currently $1800.00 per person.

Travel insurance is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Our Africa Safaris’ primary travel insurance provider is Travel Guard Insurance Company. Cost of travel insurance is primarily based on age and the state in which you reside. Our Africa Safaris will provide both a booking form, credit card form and ‘release and waiver of liability and assumption of risks agreement’ for all participants to fill out.
