(2017 – present) Anne-marie was born in Keetmanshoop, Namibia and raised on her family’s farm in the Koës region. She was her father’s shadow and learned from a young age about farm work and conservation. She’s always had a passion for animals, nature and the rural landscapes of Namibia. She studied a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Stellenbosch in South-Africa and started working in retail management at the age of twenty-two. After retail she was in numerous management positions in Accounting and at Safari Lodges, managing the day-to-day tourism operations of the Lodges and their finances. She came to the Cheetah Conservation Fund after working at Otjiwa Safari Lodge and is now CCF’s Business Manager, recording and managing all finances and human resources.
