Woodrow is an honors graduate of Auburn University with a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from University of Texas. In 2012, he retired after 36 years in fuel and energy, with Air Liquide and BP Amoco. He was a 1st Lieutenant in the Unites States Air Force. He has been a board member and sometimes chairman of organizations such as Air Liquide Technical Services, Quality Systems Registrars, Amoco Chemicals Malaysia, Junior Achievement of South Carolina, and Southeastern Illinois Industrial Association.
Woodrow and his wife Mary Wilson Garmon live in Humble, Texas and have three children: Shannon, Daniel, and Jennifer.
